0 stars! Left me & my child on the side of the road for 2 hours & then never showed! In the middle of the night & didn't even have the decency to call! Disgusting! I hope GEICO removes you from their list of providers!

Good people to work with

Luis was fantastic! He really went the extra mile to help me get my car unstuck. I'm definitely going to recommend AAA to everyone. When Luis first called, he asked some great questions to figure out what was going on with my car. The world needs more people like Luis.

Mal's is great! I called AAA and was really glad to see Mal's arrive, because I know them from around town. The engineer who came, Rick, figured out how to get my car out of the garage in low gear without destroying the engine, while also not destroying anyone's lawn on our narrow road with the truck. Then someone's lawn crew came up the road while a neighbor's SUV was trying to leave in the other direction, and it was still not problem: no damage, no lawns torn up, no problem. This was an incredibly stressful day, because of my car, and Mal's was literally the one thing that didn't weigh on my mind. Thanks Mal's, thanks Rich

In January I needed my car towed out of the yard. It was extremely difficult to get the tow truck into the yard where the vehicle was broken down. Dylan answered the call with his flatbed wrecker and persisted (for an hour plus), despite the difficulty, until he was able to get the vehicle loaded. Yesterday I was faced with the same issue and this time JT answered the call. Once again, despite difficulty, he was able to load the vehicle. He even spoke to the mechanic at the garage and helped explain the issue. These guys went above and beyond to help me and I'm really grateful. Thanks to Mal's, Dylan and JT for helping me. this young man needs a raise. I just had a breakdown of my vehicle in CT coming back from NY on my way back home to MA with a toddler. although it was the end of this drivers shift he took the tow and made sure me and my little one made it home safe. he helped us from one vehicle to the other keeping the baby from the cold while i was getting the car seat installed. he was polite , kind, personable, and safely got my vehicle and ua to where we needed to be. I appreciate this young man for not just doing his job to the top most professionalism but also because he didn't have to take that tow that was gonna run him at least another 3 hrs on the end of his shift. may he forever be blessed and watched over and kept safe especially while driving that truck. thank u for your service

AAA said Mal's would be there in 5 hours. Before I was off the phone with them Johnny called and said he would be there in 10 minutes and he was. Got the car on the truck and to the dealership I needed to go to in 30 minutes. Johnny was super cool and personable and if the ladies are wondering handsome. Definitely call these guys. They have a brand new articulating rig and got my all wheel drive Volvo out and on the road with dollies fast. A+

The woman (I sadly forget her name) who I spoke to most of the time was wonderful. She made sure I was updated on everything going on with my vehicle, while putting my mind to ease which is no easy task! These guys went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive and I cannot be more grateful. Mal’s care’s deeply for their customers and that is a fact, thank you again!
